Our client is a leading European specialist energy consultancy. They advise clients on investments, strategy and regulation across the European power, gas and carbon markets. They have a range of clients which include large energy companies to financial institutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to join this growing consultancy as they are now looking for a Senior Consultant to lead their Continental power market team. This person will lead a team of analysts and consultants. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for delivering client assignments, project and people management. This will involve conducting analysis, working on strategy development and then presenting results often on projects based on-site with the client. They will also work with the senior management team on business development associated with the continental power market team.

Candidates must have an energy background, with knowledge of modelling techniques and data handling. This person will need to have strong knowledge of continental power markets with long term price forecasting. Ideally you will have successfully led a team and have experience managing projects as well as pitching and presenting to clients.
